Miami Travel Services is the ground team behind private flights into South Florida. Your clients’ Escalade or Sprinter is waiting at the FBO in OPF, FXE, MIA or FLL, timed to the tail number, with one point of contact and one invoice for the broker.

Your client stays your client. We work with brokers on a commission or net-rate basis, whichever fits how you work, and we never market to your passengers.

• Tail-number timing. We follow the aircraft and move the pickup with the real arrival, including diversions between OPF, FXE, MIA and FLL.
• Planeside where the FBO allows, or a lobby meet with a name sign, confirmed before the flight.
• One point of contact for every trip, a written confirmation, and updates when the schedule changes.
• One invoice for the broker.
• 24/7 dispatch, including last-minute and overnight requests.
• Discretion. Every ride is confidential, and we’re happy to sign an NDA when needed.

Passengers, crew and luggage.

Principals, guests and crew can ride in separate vehicles under one booking. For a full aircraft, the 2025 Jet-style Sprinter seats 8 to 9, and we add as many SUVs as you need through our trusted partners. A separate luggage vehicle handles golf bags, hard cases and heavy loads.

Russian-speaking chauffeurs are available on request, and you can book and get support in Russian.

Send the tail number, FBO, ETA, passengers, bags and drop-off address by email or phone, or book online. We confirm in writing. If you’d like to set up a standing arrangement for your clients, email us and we’ll agree the details with you directly.
