Team travel managers and athletes’ assistants book with us for arrivals, hotel moves, practice and game-day runs, and departures. You send the itinerary once; we plan the vehicles, the chauffeurs and the timing, and you have one point of contact for the whole trip.
The 2025 Jet-style Mercedes Sprinter seats 8 to 9. Cadillac Escalade ESV and Chevy Suburban, both long-wheelbase, seat 5 to 6 each. When the roster needs more, we add as many SUVs as you need through our trusted partners, all on the same schedule.
Gear and luggage travel separately.
Equipment, bags and hard cases can go in a separate luggage vehicle, so players and staff ride comfortably and the gear arrives with them.
Private flights and FBOs.
Flying charter into Opa-locka (OPF), which Miami-Dade Aviation lists at about 10 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium, or into Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE)? We follow the tail number and have the vehicles at the FBO for the arrival, planeside where the FBO allows. See private jet car service.

Send us the roster size, staff and bags. As a guide, the Jet-style Sprinter seats 8 to 9 and each SUV seats 5 to 6; we plan the mix with you and add a luggage vehicle for the gear.
