Ground transportation that runs on the aircraft’s schedule.
Miami Travel Services is the ground team behind private flights into South Florida. Your clients’ Escalade or Sprinter is waiting at the FBO in OPF, FXE, MIA or FLL, timed to the tail number, with one point of contact and one invoice for the broker.
Private flights move. A departure slips an hour, a fuel stop gets added, the aircraft lands at a different field. We’re a private chauffeur company based in Hollywood, FL, and our pickups are planned around the aircraft, not around a fixed time.
Book with the tail number or flight number, the FBO and the expected arrival. We follow the flight and adjust the pickup to the real arrival time. If the flight diverts between Opa-locka, Fort Lauderdale Executive, Miami International or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, tell us and we redirect the car.
Planeside, where the FBO allows.
Every FBO sets its own ramp rules. At most FBOs in South Florida your chauffeur can meet you at the aircraft, with the vehicle cleared in advance. Where ramp access isn’t allowed, your chauffeur waits in the FBO lobby with a name sign and walks you to the car a few steps away. Either way, we confirm the meeting point before the flight.
Arriving from abroad? Many South Florida FBOs have customs on site. You clear customs first, and your chauffeur is ready when you walk out.

For passengers, crew and the people who plan the trip.
Charter brokers, flight departments and executive assistants book with us because one team handles the trip from request to drop-off. You get a written confirmation, direct contact with your driver, and updates when plans change. Every ride is confidential, and we’re happy to sign an NDA when needed.
A black Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevy Suburban, both long-wheelbase, for 5 to 6 passengers; the 2025 Jet-style Mercedes Sprinter for 8 to 9; and a separate luggage vehicle when the bags won’t fit. For a team or a full aircraft we add as many SUVs as you need through our trusted partners, all on one schedule.
Tell us what you need on board. We can pick up food and drinks before the ride, and child car seats are available on request. Russian-speaking chauffeurs are available on request, and you can book and get support in Russian.

Can your chauffeur meet us at the plane?
Yes, at most FBOs, where the FBO allows ramp access. We arrange it with the FBO before the flight. Where it isn’t allowed, your chauffeur meets you in the FBO lobby with a name sign.
What do you need to book a private jet pickup?
The tail number or flight number, the FBO, the arrival time, the number of passengers and bags, and the drop-off address. A name for the sign helps too.
What if the flight is early, late or diverts?
We follow the aircraft and adjust the pickup to the actual arrival. If you divert to another South Florida airport, call or message us and we redirect the car.
Which vehicles do you use for FBO pickups?
A black Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevy Suburban, both long-wheelbase with room for 5 to 6 passengers, or the 2025 Jet-style Mercedes Sprinter for 8 to 9. We can add a separate luggage vehicle.
Do you work with charter brokers and flight departments?
Yes. We take bookings from charter brokers, flight departments and executive assistants, with a written confirmation for every trip, invoicing and 24/7 dispatch. We’re happy to sign an NDA when needed. See charter brokers.
