How a pickup works.
1. Send the details. Tail number or flight number, the FBO or terminal at FXE, arrival time, passengers, bags and the drop-off address.
2. Written confirmation. We confirm in writing, and you’re in direct contact with your driver. No call center in between.
3. We follow the flight. Early, late or held on the ground, the pickup moves with the real arrival time.
4. Out the door. Your chauffeur meets you planeside where the FBO allows, or in the lobby with a name sign, loads the bags and drives you straight out.

Can you pick up planeside at FXE?
Yes, where the FBO allows ramp access. We arrange it with Banyan, Signature, Atlantic Aviation or W Aviation before the flight; otherwise your chauffeur meets you in the lobby with a name sign.
Can you meet us at a specific FBO at FXE?
Yes. Tell us the FBO: Banyan Air Service, Signature, Atlantic Aviation or W Aviation. If you’re arriving from abroad, your operator confirms where you’ll clear customs and we meet you there.
Do you work with charter brokers and operators on pickup timing?
Yes. We follow the tail number, keep the broker or operator updated, and confirm every trip in writing. One point of contact and one invoice for the broker.
Do you also cover OPF and MIA?
Yes. We cover Opa-locka (OPF), Miami International (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) and Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE), and we redirect the car if the flight diverts.
Can you drive from FXE to Boca Raton or Palm Beach?
